11. Medicare and CMS Compliance

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), or your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), to get information on all of your options. Medicare Advantage and Part D plans are insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage organization with a Medicare contract and/or a Medicare-approved Part D sponsor. Enrollment depends on the plan's contract renewal. A sales representative may be compensated for your enrollment. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected with the federal Medicare program.
